The Bee Gardens
 
We have 2 wonderful bee sanctuaries in Dubai. The first is located at Al Barari, the urban oasis that is located just off the E311. There our bees have free range foraging for nectar and pollen amongst the many diverse and lush plant species that the Zaal family curate.

Our second Bee Garden is located in the aptly named Sustainable City on Al Qudra Road. The eco-warrior team there have ensured that our lovely bees have a great location and will be happy for years to come.

At both locations, the Beekeepers Association display a variety of hive types for educational purposes. On weekends, bee lovers can book one of our limited spaces to come along and see these fascinating insects hard at work in their ‘bee-world’.
The Bee Ladies Zahira and Jocelyn also host educational out reach programs for children of local primary schools. These fun filled days are full of interesting facts, information and teach the children a variety of skills ranging from bee facts, environmental awareness, pollination, honey and bee by-products to name but a few.
